My interview with Benjamin Moore on color inspiration
Benjamin Moore's Director of Marketing for Architects and Designers Segment, John Turner, flattered me by inviting me to be part of Benjamin Moore's focus group on design.
My interview and the article are embedded below. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Benjamin Moore Nuance - Francine Gardner Interview
Wow Francine: What a fantastic interview. I enjoyed your perspective, especially how you become so inspired in the moment. Your photographs are magnificent and your work is beautiful. Love the orange sofa!

Hello Francine ~ what a tremendous interview you did with BM. I've always admired your design aesthetic. I admire your philosophy of 'perfect imperfection' and how you let the past influence you but you don't try to recreate it. Interieurs 'uplifted' pieces have been some of my very favourites. I always also been drawn to objects that have layers of paint, dents which really tell a story. I've always loved using BM paints and I have held you & what you've accomplished in high-regard. I hope your family are all well and your summer has been a memorable one.
